Hello,

Let's say a tenant signs one of RLA's AST which runs from 5th Jan to 4th June. Does the tenant have to give one months notice to end the ageement? In other words, should they give notice by 5th May? If they give notice on lets say 15th May, does that mean they have to stay until 4th July? Or can they just move out on 4th June without giving any notice?

Many thanks!
