Dear Sir or Madam

I have lost all of my property docs. on my system due to computer and back up failure. One of my tenants' agreements has expired yesterday and I need to send him a periodic tenancy.
I am unable to find this on your documents system.
My tenant also sent me the hard copy of the original document in the post and it has been lost!

We have not had much luck!
Please advise what I should do?
