I have a tenant who is willing to pay 6 months rent in advance, they have just sold their house and both are fully employed but have credit problems.
I’m happy to take the 6 months in advance plus 1 months rent to go to the the DPS but what do you think I should do following the 6 months? Should I ask for a further 6 months up from or should I return to paying 1 month in advance.
