I'm interested in buying a property from a reluctant landlord, but the owner tells me that the current tenant does not have a tenancy agreement and never paid a bond. Tenant has been in situ for approx 2 years. I want to buy the house without the tenant, but don't know what rights the tenant has, or what notice tenant should be served. All advice welcome please. Many thanks
