I have a tenant who's 6 month AST tenancy ended 14-9-10.
It was verbally mentioned to us that they might be moving out the month before but could not tell us when.
They are now asking if they can sign a month to month tenancy.
How will this affect my rights as landlord if I agree and do I need a different type of AST agreement form?
