HMO Room let

Tenancy Types and Management

I have an HMO which I currently have on a standard AST and I was looking for an agreement tailored towards a room let. I have read through the AST Room Only agreement you have and this looks like it includes all the tenants on a minimum term of 6 months is this correct. The thing with the HMO is that the individuals want to come and go at different times so I was wandering if there was an agreement that I could issue to individuals rather than them all collectively.
i do not live at the property.
