I have an existing tenant who used to work, but due to injury and no job she wishes to switch over to Housing benefit. Never done this before, so any advice on the drawbacks (ege - Is it easy to still evict? Are more demands made on the landlord from the council? Are payment on time an issue? etc) would be really useful before I give the thumbs up. Many thanks!
