We have a problem with 2 tenant falling out over noise. the ground floor tenant is complaining about excessive noise from the flat above, who deny making any excess noise. This is the third complaint this year, although I always speak to the 1st floor tenant we feel it is time to issue a formal letter do you have and advice or template to assist.
