Is there a specific agreement form to use when renting a room in your own home? If so, where can I obtain one? The arrangement must fulfil the requirements of HMRC to qualify under the "Rent-a-Room" rules.
Additionally, what do I have to do to satisfy HMRC that the arrangement falls within their rules.
