Hi,

I have granted a tenant an excluded tenancy in my flat. I have used your standard Residential landlord excluded tenancy agreement. The agreement has been completed with the rent due date the first of each month and the notice period as one month.

When can I serve notice to start from? Anytime? or only so that the notice period runs from the 1st of a month?

Your advice much appreciated.
