I have an application to rent one of my properties from a young lady who will be a DSS paid-for tenant. I said this wouldn't be a problem as long as she promised to pay her rent. She says that she would pay her rent via her mother's bank account.

In this case then, do I need to get the Mother to sign a Guarantor Agreement?
