Hi

I have a holiday apartment (now out of season) I have been approached to let this apartment to a single mum who is working so able to pay the weekly rent. I have explained that it is a holiday apartment and the tariff will include all bills including council tax, TV licence, water rates and so on. This apartment is only available until Mid March next year when it is booked again as the start of the season.

My questions are; if she completes our booking form and agrees our booking conditions and her apartment is serviced weekly are we safe or can a tenancy start or been claimed!
In which case what and how should we proceed please?
