Hello,

Last year I contracted with my tenant that the contract would continue month to month after the expiry of one year. That time is fast approaching. What documents do I need my tenant to sign this year or does the existing contract merely roll over on the same terms?

If the contract rolls over on the same terms, what can I do about changing any of the terms, particularly the rent, stated in the contract?
