We have a four bedroomed house to let. We have been approached by four families who would like their children who are all 16 to rent it for two years. I have spoken to your help desk who advised not to go there!

Apparently there are loads of houses round that area who are letting to minors and I was hoping that there would be a way round it by perhaps having the agreement in the parents names?

Is this possible?
