two tenants occupied my property on 17.05.2012 on a six month tenancy this has now rolled onto a periodic, when tenants occupied i got them to get a homeowner guarantor to sign to say would cover the rent if not paid. The guarantor signed the form agreeing to cover rent for duration of the period the tenants are in the property. The tenants have now rung me as no longer want this person as guarantor and want someone else, am i obligied to change this i have not heard from the actually guarantor and dont really want the hassel of geting new guarantor credit searched and getting new contract issued.
