Hi There,

I currently use your room only tennancy agreements. I have recently come across a "Guest Service Agreement" which states that the occupier is not a tennant and the occupier is renting under a licence of occupation.

This seems to give me more leverage in re occupying the premises. Is there any advice literature you can give on this,

thanks
