Dear Help Team,
I have managed my properties for many years and have booked annualPATs for any appliances I supply with a let. 2 years ago I told the lettings agency for one property not to book the PAT, because the only remaining appliance I had in the property had been removed after the last tenant. They overlooked this, and I was billed for PAT on 3 items - cooked ignition, extractor hood and oven. I queried this with the electrician, as these are all fixed items and part of the house. He was very vague and didn't answer calls. We are now at that time of year again, and I don't know whether I have to get these items PATted or not. Please advise.
Thank you
