Hi
Can you help? We are working our way through the planning/HMO licensing process and we intend to develop a good quality 8 bed student let. Does anyone know the answer to the following:

If you get planning permission for the 8-bed (under change of use) does the permission have to stipulate it is specifically student accommodation or can you let it to non-students after all?
