I am looking for a pro-rata checklist to use when I do a annual property inspection. Can you recommend one? Ideally it will contain a section which will allow the tenant to sign to agree/disagree with any works required and to also acknowledge that essential checks have been made on security, health and safety, sanitary etc.

The easier and quicker to fill in, the better.

Any advise for this matter will be greatly appreciated and if such a document doesn't exist then I can use parts of other checklists if necassary.
