We are at the end of a six month fixed term contract and have resigned a tenant on HB for a further 6 months commencing 21.2.2010. His ex parter is the guarator and has rung to say she no longer wants to be a guarntor and will seek legal advice. We used one of your guarntor unlimited deeds and just wonered if we should have asked her first before we signed the new AST.
