Hello,
short term tenancy-for 6mnths and later for another six months
Property-let out with the leting agent-agent left
1.Inside Property-Destroyed carpets- Dog smell and totally damaged
2.walls - wall paper stuck and destroyed with another colr.
3.electrical fitiings - replaced with wiring done I have redone a new
wiring just Two years ago.The agent sends me photos of them to buy.
I was shocked about the safety how the tenant can do the wiring .
Curtains and the curtain rods destroyed. and Venetian blinds in place
4. Smell of the house with the dog makes it inhabitable
5. Outside- number of the house replaced with another plate
6. Garden Trees all cut down and dogs litter left
7.outsid of the house all the rubbish left for us to clear
8.I was never notified till i went to see the house after the tenants left
9. The leting agents denies that he was not aware of any of the above
