Hi, I completed on a new build 3bed semi last week and am due to check tenants into it 3rd Oct. Do I require an EPC and Landlords Gas Safety Cert on a new build property..? The developers Sales dept seemed to think the house would be covered for both for the 1st year.. is this correct?
