Dear Helpdesk,
thanks for answering my questions.
Regarding AST with Guarantor, In that case, Is it alright by law to use Guarantor to sign as a witness ??? as there is no mention of deed of guarantee OR Guarantor in the AST agreement.

Although the Guarantor signs Deed of Guarantee, What if the Guarantor claim he has not seen the AST agreement?
