I have a licensed HMO which has 6 professional tenants. The tenants pay rent for exclusive use of their own individual bedroom but share the remainder of the house (lounge, kitchen, dining room, house bathroom. Two of the bedrooms out of the 6 are ensuite. Please can you advise me whether a ECP is required for this house.
If I am interpreting your website information on ECP's correctly this is not required.
