Television Licences

I have 4 students sharing a house. I have had Virgin Media installed so that they have access to Broadband, and the package also gives them TV. They each have their own TV.Do they each need a TV licence or will 1 licence between them cover them all? OR are they covered by their parents licences? OR do I need to get the licence? Just to add to the confusion they all have locks on their bedroom doors. Any ideas please?

Many thanks
