I own a top floor flat.

Water coming through the lounge ceiling was reported to me by my tenant in November 2007.

I told the managing agents, Countrywide, immediately. Minor repairs were carried out, but the leak reappeared in January 2008.
We still have the problem. I've spoken to Countrywide and the Flats signatory/director.
My tenants may vacate and I would be left with a flat that would be impossible to re let until the roof is repaired and interior decoration is carried out.
The insurance company will not pay for the interior decoration until the roof is repaired.
