If a ccj is made, does it register against an individual or does it register against an address? For example, if we get one against our tenant, will it only show if someone or an institution searches against the property that they occupy?

To further clarify, we get a judgement against them whilst they are in our property, will it be registered against them at our rental property? If so, this may be detrimental to us in the future and it may be that the tenants are able to conceal it.

Please advise. Thank you.
