Hi

Just been watching a programme that showed police kicking a door in to make an arrest on a rental property.

A few scenarios’ that came across to me was if this happened on one of my properties... who would be responsible for the door.

Scenarios’

The police got the wrong door ?

The tenant was not a criminal and found not guilty ?

The tenant was a criminal and found guilty ?

The person they arrested was not a tenant ?

The scenarios’ could go on and on ?

Would like some feedback as this could happen to anyone of us landlord/lady’s
