I have a prospective tenant who has a current license granted by West Mercia police allowing him to keep guns.

I am managing the property for a friend and the house is the same close where I live, which is a rural village 6 miles away from the nearest town.

This is the first time that I have had a tenant that has had a gun licence (or the first tenant that’s disclosed that information!) and whilst I don’t want to discriminate, I feel slightly uncomfortable about the situation.

Has anyone experienced such situation before and if so what are your thoughts?

Kind regards
