The property that I own and wish to let was built in 1975 approx and the ceiling have artex on and after attending an asbestos awarness course today I have been informed that the artex has a small level of asbestos in.
These ceilings are ok to leave in situ although shouldnt I advise my proposed new tenant of this under Duty of Care and if so, is there some sort of pre printed paperwork that I can use for this
