One of our tenants has just alerted us to silverfish (wingless insects) in a number of rooms. They are very hard to eradicate and unpleasant rather than harmful. It is possible that they were in the property before the tenant moved in however it is clear they have spread. Who is responsible for getting rid of them - the tenant or the landlord?

many thanks
