Housing Benefit Tenants - Advice please

Hi

We have a proposed new tenant whose credit score is a very high minus score and her guarantor is not over the 250 mark.

Does anyone know whether the housing benefit will pay the rent direct to us and if during the term the tenant would be allowed to request that she pay it herself as we are concerned that we would not get our rent?

We have other housing benefit tenants who are working who have not been any problems?

Any advice would be appreciated?
