Hi

I have two different prospective tenants interested in my house. However they are both self employed and need to be able to work from home.

One is a self employed solar panel salesman and the other maintains holiday properties.

I don't think they would need to have customers at the property, just for office work etc.

Would it be a good idea to let to self employed people?

I need to check my insurance to see if they are covered/will allow self employed as tenants.

All advice and guidance is gratefully recieved

Many thanks.
