I purchased a time share many years ago in USA (the time share gives me legal entitlement to a property for 2 weeks in the year and I have the deeds)
Although the maintenance is £500 per year and I don't get any rent can I use my loss against other properties. If I decide to sell the timeshare can I use the Capital loss against other gains from property sales?
