Hi, I have a flat in a block which is managed by the local council. Although the common entrancedoor has a lock, this is frequently not working and people often use the area to urinate etc. There is also evidence of people trying to start fires.
I dont feel the council is doing enough to combat this. It seems to me that some alterations to the layout would solve the problems and also some decent security cameras. The smell at the moment is foul and I believe it is a health risk. What are my legal rights in getting them to do something?
Thanks
Pete
