Dear sir,
Recruitment agency wants to rent my property and willing to write the contract in their name and take the full responsibility of paying rent,bills, maintenance of the property. Contract period min 6months.
They are agreed to keep not more than 4 people in the property.

Could you please advice me what kind of rental contract i should use and what precautions i have to take before letting a property to a agency.
