I have an empty property that reqies work. There is no kitchin or bathroom, no toilet, no electric and I have tured off the water.
Work will begin on the house in 2 weeks time. A incident invoving a broken window had the police saying to me that the 2 men found near the sean were homeless.
The police said if they unscrew boards and steel bars that is not criminal damage.
Q) How do I Prevent Squatters from taking over my property?
