Hi, I had new doors and windows fitted to my property which i let out to a single tenant. A few days before the work commenced i was taken ill and so was not present during the installation and so did not obtain a set of keys from the contractors. They gave all of the sets to the tenant. I asked the tenant for a set but she said that she had been in contact with the citizens advice bureau and that they had informed her that she was in her rights not to hand over any keys to myself. I do not like the thought of not having any keys to my own property. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you
