I have just received an email enquiring about a new tenancy and when I replied I received this

Thanks for your reply, your price is ok by me and everyother thing it's
ok with me,i will like you to know that i will be paying you an advance
payment first ok..for the month, i will have to instruct my personal
assistant to issue out Cheque to you,also i want to alert you that my
personal assistant will issue out an over payment cheque of
(£4,500) to you,After you might have gotten the Cheque, you will
have to take it to your bank and have it deposited into your account for
clearance and get back to me with the clearing date, and have the excess
funds Sent to my Daughter travelling agent vai western union money
transfer same day the Cheque clears your bank ok. The money is ment for
her travel arrangement.You will have to deduct your money for the rent
which is (£525+£725 gives you £1,350, being payment for 1
Month rent as advance payment.) and also keep £50 for your runing
around and the excess funds goes to her nececssary up keeping before
coming over for her studies.kindly forward the necessary information for
the payment to be sent to you immedaitly find below the informations you
need to send to enable you get payment:

HAVE I READ ON YOUR WEBSITE ABOUT A SIMILAR SCAM AS THIS DOESNT SEEM RIGHT TO ME - COMMENTS PLEASE???????
