IF A TENANT LEAVES A PROPERTY WITH A DEBT OUTSTANDING (FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY) IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO SELL THIS DEBT AND IF SO WHICH COMPANYS WOULD BUY IT AND WHAT IS A ROUGH GUIDE OF HOW MUCH THEY WOULD PAY.
