Can you advice i have had the 3rd tennant moving out leaving rent arrears also not paying utilities I know i am not resposible for the utilities if i have an AST in place but I was thinking of having prepayment meters in my properties in future
My question is can you tell me if you know if most landlords have prepayment meters installed and what are the advantages and disadvantages.
