Hello I am looking after a property for a lady she has never lived in the property but has had all the relevant safety checks she gave me the property to manage I let the property and they move in and found out that the boil did not work so no hot water or heating but there is a gas fire. The landlord has tried her best but the boil is old and had to order new parts, which has now been 13 day. The tenant is now saying she what’s money off the rent,. What is your advice?
