Hi there,

I have had a strong enquiry for my property from a young man who holds a passport from Thai Land.

I have interviewed him, and am more than happy to let the property to him on the condition his refernces are good.

He is working in the local hospital and currently renting with a UK bank account, so can get 3 good referees.

He is aware I will require a credit check.

My question, are there any extra checks I need to put in place to protect myself as he is not a British Citizen?

Regards

Barry
