I have recently transferred ownershipone of one of my rented properties to my son, could you tell me if he and the tenents will need to have a new contract (they are on a continuing monthly basis)
I am also holding the deposit can this be transferred to my son via the Deposit Protection scheme?

Your advise would be appreciated.
