Tenants have lived in property for over a year thye have now contacted me to complain of mice. I have directed them to my local councils environmental health department and have also agreed to take action with rat traps or poison. They are not prepared to use the LA services as it is costly, but insist it is my responsbility and are shouting health and safety. I believe it is thier responsibility and that they should either contact health and safety or accept my proposal.
Who is responsible the landlord or the tenants
