EPC Experience - Response to Dave

I am the Operations Director of H1P and was concerned when I read the message from Dave on the 17 Jan advising that he has not heard from ourselves since placing and paying for his order a week ago. Unfortunately, as I do not have your full identification I checked any orders that came in from a member called Dave in the last 14 days. There were only two. I contacted both Dave's yesterday (Sunday). One has already received his EPC's and is happy with the service and the second gentleman did not require his EPC until 30 Jan. Both received our introductory email and invoice. I therefore would be grateful if you could contact the office on the number provided so we can ensure that your query is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
