I am about to let rooms to students, and I am looking for advice with regards to providing Broadband as part of the rental agreement. How do I protect myself against students using the line to accumulate heavy phone bills? Is there such a thing as a broadband which does not provide access to the phone and where you pay a fixed amount each month without adds on? A legal contract would not I fear be sufficient to keep me from getting stressed, as I know how difficult it is to recuperate money from anyone intent on avoiding payment...
Many thanks
