I have a tenant moving into a property on saturday, the boiler has just broken and is unrepairable, the usual company i use cannot install a new boiler till mid january, is this accaptable? what are my legal responsibilities?
The new tenant has already given notice on the current property and still has to move out saturday, a quick response would be appreciated.
