As a letting agent do I put my company name and address down on the Tenancy Agreement, or the Landlords details and I just sign the paperwork on their behalf?
I dont really want tenants knowing the Landlords address unless legally I have to. I know if they write asking for it I have to produce it.I use the RLA tenancy agreements.Thanks
