A tenant in my property has died. She was an elderly lady living alone. Since her death her daughter has moved in who is not allowing us entry or vacating the property. She never lived with her mother but lived elsewhere. How can I get my property back. Our contract does not allow for relatives to stay in the property.
Please advise.
